By purchasing a block of 4 classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
A block booking consists of 4 classes.
Full payment is required upfront to secure your place.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class, they may re-attend the same class during the following calendar month, subject to availability.
Reattendance must be arranged in advance and is not guaranteed without prior booking.
Missed classes cannot be carried forward beyond the following month and hold no cash value.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes that are not re-attended within this period.
We reserve the right to reschedule, substitute, or cancel classes where necessary.
Where a class is cancelled by the organiser, an alternative class date or a full refund will be offered.
This free drop-in antenatal class is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to offer guidance, discussion, and support for expectant parents and is not a substitute for individual medical advice or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
The class is open to pregnant individuals and their chosen birth partners or support persons.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that attendance is appropriate for their stage of pregnancy and personal health circumstances.
If you have any medical concerns, please consult your midwife, doctor, or healthcare provider before attending.
Attendance is on a drop-in basis and places may be limited.
Entry is generally on a first-come, first-served basis, please email or contact us to book your place.
We cannot guarantee availability at every session.
Participants attend at their own risk.
Please inform the facilitator of any relevant health needs or accessibility requirements before or at the start of the session where possible.
If you feel unwell, have symptoms of a contagious illness, or have been advised to rest by a healthcare professional, please do not attend in person.
Information shared during sessions is general in nature and does not replace medical advice.
Facilitators do not provide diagnoses, treatment plans, or emergency care.

To maintain a safe and welcoming space for all:
Participants must treat others with respect and kindness.
Disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave the session.
Privacy and confidentiality of other attendees must be respected.
Personal stories or discussions shared during classes should remain confidential within the group.
We ask participants not to record audio, video, or take photos during sessions without explicit permission from everyone present.
Unless otherwise stated, the class is intended for expectant parents and designated support persons only.
Please check in advance regarding attendance of children or additional guests.
While we take reasonable care to provide a safe environment, the organiser and facilitator accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance, except where required by law.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Sessions may be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will try to communicate changes whenever possible.
By completing your booking and attending the class, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
